  • Programs Director

    FULL-TIME

    The Programs Director leads the development and execution of Community Justice’s programmatic strategy, ensuring our work aligns with organizational priorities and delivers measurable impact.

    This role focuses on designing and overseeing national and local programs, as well as supporting our frontline organizers and program staff.

    FULL-TIME

    The Policy Fellow supports policy research, analysis, and advocacy efforts that advance our work to developing community-centered solutions to gun violence.

    This role focuses on conducting policy research on behalf of Community Justice, tracking state and federal legislation, and supporting our advocacy campaigns and coalition work.
