Tatiana Perkins

Director of Programs

Tatiana Perkins is a public affairs and campaign strategist, social worker, and advocate whose career has centered on building power with communities, elevating lived experience, and advancing policies that improve people's lives.

Based in Seattle, Washington, she has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of advocacy, public policy, community organizing, and social services. Tatiana most recently served as Associate Director of Patient Advocacy Programs at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she led national patient engagement and organizing initiatives across 44 states.

Her work includes curriculum development and training for organizers across the country, recruitment and execution of Peabody award winning documentary The Appointment by ABC Nightline, and campaigns that received Gold and Bronze Anthem Awards, for innovative public education and storytelling initiatives focused on abortion stigma and reproductive freedom.

Previously, she worked as Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal’s Deputy Finance Director. She currently serves as Board Secretary for Community Passageways, supporting community-led violence intervention efforts, and as Board Treasurer for the Mukilteo Schools Foundation, helping expand opportunities for local students. Tatiana holds a Master of Social Work from Howard University with Social Work honors society Phi Alpha membership and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Washington, graduating cum laude with a double major in Political Science and Law, Societies, and Justice.
